Explore the stalls with your host, meeting the sellers and sampling their delicious products along the way.

Return back to the cooking studio to begin your delightful hands-on cooking experience.

Follow your expert as they guide you in creating four-courses of traditional Mexican cuisine with exciting twists thrown in.

Following the lead of your expert guide, discover Mexican gastronomy firsthand while preparing a selection of traditional antojitos. See how to whip up a fresh guacamole, grind green and red salsas using a molcajete (pestle and mortar), and make hand-made tortillas and ’sopes’, thick fried corn tortillas.

Enjoy the flavors and textures of these tasty Mexican delights as you delve into your creations, with ’alambre’ filling courtesy of the studio to transform your tortillas into tacos, and a traditional ’arroz con leche’ rice pudding for dessert. Agua fresca, Mexican craft beer, and Oaxacan mezcal will be offered to accompany your meal in Mexican style.

Sunday Biking & Mexico City´S Historical Center

Experience Mexico City like a local as you join Sunday cyclists and explore the fascinating historical center. Your guide will meet you at your hotel where you’ll begin the bike ride.

Following your expert, enjoy a leisurely cycle along Reforma, the main avenue that runs across the heart of the city and closes to vehicles every Sunday! Cycle past important landmarks, monuments, and architectural highlights as you make your way towards the Zócalo (4km), Mexico’s city’s huge central plaza.

In the historical center, take a walk with your guide to learn about Mexico’s intricate colonial and revolutionary history. Admire the Art Nouveau exterior of Bellas Artes, visit the Metropolitan Cathedral, learn about the Aztec temple it was built over by Spanish conquerors, and view the National Palace from outside, discovering its historical importance to the Mexican Government.

You’ll have time for lunch (not included) at a local restaurant, before taking a private transfer back to your hotel.
