For more than two decades, I've worked across luxury hospitality, travel and marketing, including experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts and Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Working with discerning clients taught me that exceptional service rarely comes from grand gestures alone. It comes from anticipation, listening carefully, remembering details, knowing when to step in and understanding what matters to the person in front of you.
